Can I Print My Images?
Session packages include images for social media use ONLY. Unless a printing release is purchased separately, all images created from your session DO NOT include rights to printing for your own use through external laboratories. All prints and enlargements MUST be printed exclusively through my professional laboratory and can be purchased online directly from your private gallery. This policy is strictly enforced and serves as quality control and to protect image integrity. Therefore, I hold responsibility for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transport and can replace them.
Can I Purchase Printing Rights?
Yes, absolutely. While I highly encourage utilizing my own professional laboratories for all your printing needs, I do offer the option to purchase a print release for individual images or full gallery release at a set rate. Upon purchasing, you would receive the high-resolution digital images and ability to print through your own means. However, this releases any and all responsibility for quality control and I cannot guarantee the results of outside labs.
How Do I Book a Session?
Booking is easy! Once you've determined that I would be a good fit to capture your story, all you have to do is get in touch with me to start planning and I will handle the rest! Inquiries by email or through my contact page only, please! This is the best way to ensure I get back to you timely. The process is a three step hassle-free process. Leave an inquiry with your contact information and the session you're interested in, I'll be in touch within 48 hours to help you determine which package best fits your needs or we will create a custom package together, discuss locations, apparel, date and time! Then I will email your contract for approval and signature. At that time, a retainer fee of $50 is required to secure your spot in my calendar. Lastly, I will email you a preparation guide with tips and tricks to prepare and my recommendations make sure every basis is covered, and that you feel prepared for the day of your session. I will, of course, be available for any questions along the way.
How Do I Pay for My Session?
Payments can be made securely through the client portal by credit or debit card. I also accept alternative payment options such as cash, Venmo, or PayPal. I do NOT accept checks.
What is a Retainer Fee?
Think of it as a deposit, but non-refundable. This fee secures your spot in the calendar and is due at the time of contract signing. There is a no-refund policy for retainers, however, I will offer refunds of the retainer in extenuating circumstances in which I am unable to render services or make it to the session for any reason. This policy is further outlined the contract. If you must cancel for any reason, the retainer will not be refunded. The retainer is not in addition to your session cost and will be subtracted from the remaining balance.
When is Payment Due?
The remaining balance will be due following your session with me. The balance is expected to be paid in full when services are rendered and no images will be distributed prior to receiving payment in full. The exception to this policy is if we have a prior arrangement for a payment plan in place.
What if I Need to Cancel My Session?

If you need to cancel your session, no worries! I get that life happens and sometimes plans changed outside of our control. I just ask that you be courteous and provide a 48 hour notice when able. Please understand that in the event you need to cancel your session, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If you're still interested in having a session with me but can no longer make the scheduled date or time, I recommend asking to reschedule instead!
In the event that we have to cancel due to inclement weather, a refund of the retainer fee and any additional payments made will be fully refunded. There is also the option to reschedule the session to a later date!
How Will I Receive My Images?
Can I Share on Social Media?
Images from the session will be delivered as digital files through an online gallery and downloadable for social media use only. The gallery link is typically delivered via email and once received, you can start downloading and sharing! There will also be the option to purchase prints directly from your online gallery, which then will get mailed right to your door! Completion of galleries may vary slightly by package, but my usual turnaround is 3-4 weeks.
I always encourage sharing the images from your session! Feel free to share with friends and family as well as on your social media platforms. Crediting is appreciated, but not required.
